Gustavo is an economist graduated in the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ with a master degree in Economics of Industry and Technology from UFRJ. Currently, he is studying the last year of his Ph.D in Economics, also at UFRJ.

 

He has certification in the “Program for Teaching of Economics, Energy Planning and Engineering of production in the Petroleum Industry (PRH-ANP / MCT nº 21)” and experience in the area of Energy Economics and Innovation Economics, acting mainly on the following topics: bioeconomy, biofuels market and natural gas market.
